It’s fall and Blair Waldorf is back on our minds. Gossip Girl here has her wellness rituals.
Skincare: “I wear makeup every day [for Gossip Girl], so I’m sure to remove all the makeup when I’m done and keep it off as long as I can. In the daytime, I use just a little La Roche-Posay sunscreen, and at night, a little light moisturizer. I like Mario Badescu oil-free moisturizer and Crème de La Mer body and hand lotion.“
Hair: “I treat my hair as gently as possible. I really like the hydrating conditioners from Herbal Essences [Meester is a spokeswoman]; they make my hair soft and smell good. But if I’m not loving my hair, I usually pop a hat on. The first time I dyed it I was ten—I found some really red hair dye. My mom saw it and just laughed at me.”
Fitness: “I hate working out for the sake of working out—it’s a chore. I hate going to the gym, and I don’t really care to do it. The only thing I love is yoga, and I do it at least four or five times a week. It’s pretty fast-paced. I never get bored.”
